Cookies Making Day!

Heee, cookies making day at Awyy's house.
Recipe from Taiwan and this is the first time both of us baked cookies!

Ingredients: 100g of sugars, 320g of cake flour, 2 Eggs, 200g of chocolate chips.

Sigh, because these photos were taken using my galaxy ace, so the colors for the last photo not really accurate. lol. The cookies actually are more golden than the photo one. The tastes of the cookies are incredibly nice! HAHAHAHAHAHHA. Gonna make some more in the future! WOOOHOOOO!

Sushi Making Day!

Club and Class Trip to Sushi King, One Borneo.
Do What? Learn how to make sushi.

Last time when dining at Sushi King, City Mall with awyy, I saw this advertisement.

So, I proposed this to Weeeee a.k.a President of YSC as one of the event of our club, and yeah IDEA ACCEPTED. lol. Detail as follow.

So, I expected.....

- we learn how to make sushi at kitchen of Sushi King.

- Everyone of us have own tools and ingredients and learn all the steps of making sushi.

- We can "sambil makan sambil buat".

But, the reality is......

- We learn how to make sushi at the dining area.

- Everyone of us need to share the tools and ingredients.

- We cannot "sambil makan sambil buat".

PATHETIC.

All the ingredients show above need shared by 7 people.

SAD.

Ok, lesson starts.

First, the Miss Sushi tells us about japanese food's introduction, how to read and pronounce the Japanese name of variety of sushi. And most scary thing in order to get souvenir from Sushi King, during end of this "course" there will be a test. OMO!

First, they teach us to do this! I love this one the most, love it! Yummmm. Rice, tuna, veges, and mayonis.

I'm quite shock when this thingy (see below)

is make from sushi robot. (This only happens at Sushi King, the people said....) LOL. Why i'm shocked about it? because i thought is handmade lo.

Next, we learn how to make MAKI. hahahaha. What is maki? see below.

They also show us the correct way to use knife when "cutting" sushi. and one of our member try it. Hahaha, 50% pass. lol.

Next!!

They teach us how to do this too. but we don't have the chance to try it because our group lost during the competition of "which group sushi is most nice". LOL.

btw, my camera is on other person hand, so she no take the complete step of the photo. Awww.

Lastly, they show us how to do sushi roll. Well, no step photo for this sushi.

Hahahah, the course duration is 2 hours. So, after the lil test, all of us get souvenir from Sushi King! They are... Sushi King Member Card, Sushi King Loyalty Card, Sushi King Notebook and Pen, Sushi King Recycle Beg and Sushi King Bento! WOOHOO.

Meet Park Ji Sung!

Ok, because of running man we knows Park Ji Sung and when Park Ji Sung is coming, omo! So excited! Why? Because he is the first person we can meet in real person (i mean cast of running man). HAHAHAHAHA. So, we bought the tickets and waiting the days to come. But sad case is, we can't see him clearly at the field, because he is like 0.001/100. Can imagine how small is that?

Nice Sky View! The football start on 8.15pm but this photo taken at 6.20pm like that.

We still can see some empty space ya, but when 8.15pm or more! All the seat are full!!

Okay, when the football start, too high and forget to take picture. ZZZ. Hhahaha. So, during middle of the competition, we wanted to leave because we almost fainted (lack of oxygen, hahahahaha) and its too crowded. We also quite beh song because we can't meet him. So, after we go out from the stadium we tried to search him. OMG!! We really saw him!! at the bus! Whoa, chc shout like no tomorrow, and juice keep showing his the banner like tomorrow. and my mum..... hahahahaha. Sis stands aside and I taping the whole process. Grr, stupid no light so the video is so black and only 1sec park ji sung appear in the video i tape. FML.

It's a fun experience btw! HAHAHAHAHA.
